Any width, any colour with Ryalux Carpets

From carpet that can be dyed the colour you want, to availability in up to as much as nine metre widths, Ryalux Carpets go beyond high quality and are truly bespoke flooring solutions.

Over forty years of customised carpets
An unconventional method of producing a small batch of carpet using a single pass tufting machine, back in 1970, saw Ryalux founder William Lomas able to offer his customers high quality carpet in any colour and size.  Today, with four sites producing carpet across Lancashire and Yorkshire, this proposition is still going strong at Ryalux today albeit on a much larger scale.

The finest, whitest wool
Many luxury carpet manufacturers use New Zealand wool as it is world renowned for being the purest, whitest and finest quality yarn.  All Ryalux carpets are certainly made using it and have done since the company first started making carpet.  The white wool is finer, purer and more expensive, but it’s a fibre that helps create a greater clarity of colour, an important factor when you are manufacturing carpets in lighter, more delicate shades.  The vibrancy of colour achieved from New Zealand wool is second to none, making it crucial to Ryalux’s extensive collection of coloured carpet.

All the benefits of New Zealand wool
You probably know New Zealand wool is a premium material for making carpet, it certainly reflects in the price compared to synthetic options.  But there are so many more benefits to a carpet made from New Zealand wool.
Did you know?
- As well as being luxurious and comfortable, New Zealand wool is a temperature regulator therefore it keeps your carpets cooler in summer and warmer in winter.
- Think of all those sheep on the mountain pastures, they live through some harsh conditions and their wool has evolved to become naturally tough to protect them.  The strength of New Zealand wool and its natural resilience means it’s better at ‘bouncing back’, reducing flattening and keeping its healthy bounce and good looks for longer.
- New Zealand wool carpet is allergy friendly and safe for asthma sufferers.  It’s able to trap allergens in its pile, which are removed quickly and easily by vacuuming, protecting you from breathing them in.

The Ultimate Collection forms their bespoke carpet range where all styles are available in any width, yes, any width, up to 9metres wide.  Great for for large properties with big rooms, there’s no need for joins if you can cut to maximum coverage.  Waste can be minimised too with widths being cut to the size you need, saving you money on the overall project.

Colour you happy
The carpets in the Ultimate Collection come in a variety of colours as standard, depending on the style.  But they are also available in your own choice of colour, through the Ryalux colour matching service.  If you’re looking to co-ordinate the colour of your carpet with your interior, you need only provide a sample of something that shows the colour you want and Ryalux will match it.  The colour matching service is free and once your colour is matched, you will receive a yarn pom (pictured below) so you can see how it looks.  If you choose to go ahead, you pay the same price for the carpet whether you order a standard colour or your own.
